- Add all ingredients to a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
- Scoop out ~1 tablespoon sized portions of the mixture (I recommend using a small cookie scoop or a melon baller for this). Use your hands to roll into balls. The mixture should not stick to your hands – if it does, add 1 more tablespoon of oat flour.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
