PB Freezer Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup PB2 Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons roasted and salted peanuts (optional)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (6 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Wax paper or silicone baking mat

Instructions:

  1. Combine the yogurt, PB2 Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread, maple syrup/honey in a small bowl.
  2. Line your baking sheet with wax paper and make a dollop of the mixture in circles.
  3. Put your popsicle sticks into the middle and add another dollop on top.
  4. Add a few peanuts to the top and put in the freezer for about 2 hours.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil then drizzle or dunk your frozen yogurt bars into the chocolate and put back onto the mat and into the freezer.
  6. Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before you plan to eat and enjoy!
