PB Freezer Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup PB2 Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons roasted and salted peanuts (optional)
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (6 oz)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Popsicle sticks
- Wax paper or silicone baking mat
Instructions:
- Combine the yogurt, PB2 Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread, maple syrup/honey in a small bowl.
- Line your baking sheet with wax paper and make a dollop of the mixture in circles.
- Put your popsicle sticks into the middle and add another dollop on top.
- Add a few peanuts to the top and put in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil then drizzle or dunk your frozen yogurt bars into the chocolate and put back onto the mat and into the freezer.
- Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before you plan to eat and enjoy!
