Breakfast Fruit Pizza

This hearty breakfast fruit pizza strikes the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Singing with vanilla and peanut notes, this is a satisfying breakfast that can be customized to your tastebuds!

Ingredients:

             
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  •          
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain, if desired)
  •          
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 Performance - Peanut Protein Powder with Vanilla
  •          
  • ½ cup fruit (strawberries, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, banana, etc.)
  •          
  • 2-3 tablespoons granola

Instructions:

             
  1. Heat the whole wheat tortillas over an open burner or in a skillet over heat until toasted on both sides. Place on plates.
  2.          
  3. Combine the yogurt and PB2 Performance - Peanut Protein Powder with Vanilla in a bowl. Use a rubber spatula to stir together until combined.
  4.          
  5. Smear the yogurt sauce on top of the warmed tortillas.
  6.          
  7. Top with fruit and granola.
  8.          
  9. Enjoy immediately!

Notes:

             
  • This recipe can be halved for a smaller serving.

  • Make this gluten free by using a gluten free (or grain free) tortilla.
