Refund & Replacement Policy
At PB2 Foods, we do not accept returns or exchanges, as our products are perishable food items. All sales are final.
That said, we want you to have the best experience possible. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@pb2foods.com. Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable) so we can evaluate the issue.
If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exceptions for EU Customers
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
