Apple Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Creamy, peanutty overnight oats with light apple flavor. So comforting and easy for any weekday morning!
- Servings: 4 (8 oz. mason jars)

- Total time: 10 hours 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy OK)
- ½ cup PB2 Crunchy Powdered Peanut Butter
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups extra thick rolled oats
- 1 large apple, sliced thin
Instructions:
- Pour the milk, PB2 crunchy powdered peanut butter, applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon into a large bowl. Whisk until incorporated.
- Add the rolled oats to the milk mixture. Stir to combine.
- Divide the oats between four 8 oz. mason jars or containers that can be sealed.
- Pour extra liquid on top, stirring with a spoon or a butter knife to combine.
- Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy the oats cold the next morning with thinly sliced apples on top.
