Brownie Energy Balls

  • Makes 8 energy balls 


  • ¼ cup PB2 Pantry Brownie Mix
  • ½ cup chunky peanut butter 
  • 3 T old fashioned oats 
  • 1 T oat flour 
  • 2 T chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Add the chunky peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 30 seconds, until melted. 
  2. Add the PB2 Pantry brownie mix, oats, oat flour, chocolate chips and salt to the bowl, Mix thoroughly. If mixture is too loose / sticky, add an additional tablespoon of oat flour. 
  3. Scoop out ~1 tablespoon sized portions of the mixture (I recommend using a small cookie scoop or a melon baller for this). Use your hands to roll into balls.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
