1. Spray the inside of a microwave-safe mug with non-stick spray. 
2. Add all ingredients into mug, and mix thoroughly. 
3. Microwave for 1 minute, 10 seconds. The mug cake will rise significantly. 
4. Top with powdered sugar, and enjoy!
