Low Sugar Protein Brownies

These protein brownies are perfectly portioned, easy to make and deliciously chocolate-y! Try this dessert the next time you’re craving something chocolate-y but don’t want to bust your healthy eating streak.


  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp ghee
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking dish with parchment paper (I use an 8×8 baking dish).
  2. Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a large bowl and mix until fully combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 30-32 minutes.
  3. Let cool and cut into 9 slices. Optional to top with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
