Breakfast Fruit Pizza

This hearty breakfast fruit pizza strikes the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Singing with vanilla and peanut notes, this is a satisfying breakfast that can be customized to your tastebuds!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Heat the whole wheat tortillas over an open burner or in a skillet over heat until toasted on both sides. Place on plates.
  2. Combine the yogurt and PB2 Performance – Peanut Protein Powder with Vanilla in a bowl. Use a rubber spatula to stir together until combined.
  3. Smear the yogurt sauce on top of the warmed tortillas.
  4. Top with fruit and granola.
  5. Enjoy immediately!

Notes:

  • This recipe can be halved for a smaller serving.
  • Make this gluten free by using a gluten free (or grain free) tortilla.
