Breakfast Banana Split

Filling, slightly sweet and easy to take and go, this Breakfast “Banana Split” hits all the high notes for any breakfast.

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat OK)
  • 6 tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter with Pre+Probiotic
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 6 oz. fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dry roasted peanuts


  1. Split the bananas and place on individual plates or bowls. 
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt and PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter with Pre+Probiotic in a large bowl. Use a rubber spatula or a hand mixer to combine until creamy.
  3. Divide the Greek yogurt mixture in half.
  4. Scoop the yogurt mixture on top of the split bananas.
  5. Top with the fresh raspberries, chia seeds and chopped dry roasted peanuts and enjoy!


  • You can make and keep the yogurt mixture in the fridge to easily be able to put together these banana splits at a moment’s notice.
  • Make this recipe vegan and dairy free by using vegan yogurt.
