In a food processor- add 2 frozen bananas, ½ cup of shredded coconut, ¼ cup of chocolate chips, 2 tbsp of PB2 Cashew Powder, and ¼ cup of almond milk.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds. Check mixture and if needed add a touch more of almond milk and blend again on high for about 15 more seconds.
Transfer mixture into a bowl and top with your favorite ingredients. We added more shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
