Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
Yields 2 servings
½ cup PB2
1 medium ripe frozen banana, cut into ½-inch chunks
6-ounce low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon honey, optional
Place the PB2, banana, yogurt, frozen berries, and the milk into blender.
Blend on high power and drizzle in honey.
Continue to blend until desired consistency, top with berries (optional) and serve
