Chocolate Peanut Butter Blender Ice Cream
Yields about 4 servings
3 tablespoons Chocolate PB2
3 medium ripe frozen bananas
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ cup almond or coconut milk + more as needed
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until well combined.
Once combined, blend until smooth, adding additional milk as needed.
Transfer ice cream to a freezer safe container, cover with a tight-fitting lid, and freeze
overnight before serving.
