Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
Our Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake is made with just four ingredients, packed with protein and perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. All that you need to make this recipe is 5 minutes and 4 ingredients. This could not be easier, or tastier, to make whether you’re getting ready for a busy day or winding down at night. Smoothies are some of our all-time favorites. That’s because they offer great nutritional benefits and versatility, all while tasting amazing. And, many of us at PB2 happen to enjoy smoothies on a daily basis since we’re always looking for new ways to mix things up. Of course, we love to enjoy our smoothies with a little PB2 in place of traditional protein powder.
Chocolate PB2 is PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter reimagined! Freshly roasted peanuts are pressed to remove most of the oil. Then, we mix in cocoa, a little sugar and a dash of salt for flavor. The result is peanut butter with 90% less fat and over 70% fewer calories than traditional peanut butter, with 4g of plant based protein. It’s the perfect ingredient for any dessert shake!
- 2 tablespoons of Chocolate PB2
- 1 to 2 cups of coconut or almond milk
- 2 ripe and frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse to combine.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
