Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

Yields about 2 servings


1 tablespoon Chocolate PB2
1 cup coconut milk, vanilla almond milk, or low-fat milk
3 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 table spoon honey or agave
½ cup fresh berries or chocolate


Whisk together Chocolate PB2, milk, chia seeds, and cocoa powder, in a small bowl,
until smooth.

Mix in honey and adjust to taste with additional Chocolate PB2, as desired.

Transfer to a container with a tight- fitting lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Garnish and serve.
