Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats are a simple, healthy breakfast you can make in under 5 minutes. These oats are packed with protein and so delicious!


Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 scoop PB2 Performance – Peanut Protein

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice

Chocolate Shell

  • 1 heaping tbsp chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil


  1. Combine all overnight oats ingredients in a container or jar with lid. Stir/shake until combined and store covered in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. The next morning, add oat mixture to a jar and smooth the top of the oats.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe container or bowl, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15-second intervals, stirring between each interval until melted.
  4. Pour melted chocolate mixture over the top of the oats jar and allow to cool until hardened. If needed, speed up the process by putting the jar back into the refrigerator for several minutes.
  5. Optional – sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!
