Project Description

It’s been a long day. You’re home from work, and you might have already poured yourself a glass of wine. The truth is: the last thing you want to do is spend hours in the kitchen making you and your family dinner. If this sounds familiar, then it’s time to talk about one sheet pan dinners. Simply put: you need them in your life.

Sheet pan dinners are easy and fast to prepare, making them the ideal meals for busy workdays when you come home from work and let the oven do the heavy lifting. Instead of an hour on the burner, you can spend fifteen minutes on the couch Instagram stalking.

Unlike dishes prepared in the pan which require adding and removing ingredients in a particular order while stirring and changing temperature settings, a sheet pan goes in the oven and stays there. And thus, you are free for the next fifteen to sixty minutes.

Plus, sheet pan dinners can be made with few ingredients, and most of the time, they can consist of food items that are already available in your fridge or pantry. And here is where the true saving grace comes in: instead of multiple pots and pans, you’re left with one, easy to clean pan. Voila!

Now that we’ve got you hyped to make some sheet pan meals, we’ll share a few recipes that we’ve got on our must-make list this week!
