Recently, we reformulated our Powdered Almond Butter to amplify the tasty almond flavor. Now we use roasted almonds which are then pressed to remove most of the oil. We mix in a little sugar, a dash of salt, and the result is powdered almond butter with only 1.5 g of fat per serving – almost 70% fewer calories than traditional almond butter – and 5 g of plant-based protein!
